MyFoodWareHouse delivers the highest quality food from farm to table that way, customers can continue to live their active lives, saving time for what really matters. We know that finding a variety of groceries can be a big challenge. it's inconvenient to shop at different stores for different items (shopping in the open market for your different items or going to the shopping mall only to find few of the items you need). Solving for this challenge was the idea behind MyFoodWareHouse.


How do I shop ?
To place your order(s), kindly access the cart from our website. Once you have seen the items you like, click on it to be sure then add to cart as many items over and over. Click on checkout on the Myfoodwarehouse Cart then click on continue. You would be asked to login as an existing member or register as a new member. After you have reviewed your order, click on place your order button to submit order.

How much is your delivery charge ?
Service charge & delivery fee is ₦2000.

What is the minimum order purchase ?
There is no minimum order purchased. When is my order delivered? Orders can be delivered same day for orders received before 11am. If not, orders will be delivered next day.

 What payment mode do you accept.

Payment through Interswitch, Mastercard or Visa ,Payment on delivery(cash option or P.O.S option) and Bank Transfer.

How do i know my order has been confirmed ?
You will recieve call or text from our customer service representatives. This would detail all that you ordered. A deliver note will be given on deliver .Please make a note of the order number in case you need to contact us regarding your order.

What hours do you deliver?

We deliver between the hours of 10am-6pm Monday-Saturday.

What if i am not in when you deliver ?

If no one is available to accept and sign for your delivery, a card will be left by our driver asking you to contact Myfoodwarehouse Customer Sales & Support at your earliest convenience to arrange an alternative delivery time. You will be charged for the subsequent delivery. If you fail to rearrange delivery, your order will be cancelled.

Do you make delivery outside lagos or internationally ?
Not yet.

What if I am not happy with my shopping ?
PleaPlease alert the delivery personnel . If we have substituted any items in your order that you are not satisfied with, our delivery driver will take them away and ensure that your account is credited accordingly.

How will my groceries be delivered ?
All your shopping will be carefully packed into separate and easily identifiable bags (depending on whether they are dry, chilled or frozen items), and put into protective crates. Your groceries will then be delivered in special chilled vans with freezer boxes to ensure that your chilled foods arrive chilled, your frozen foods arrive frozen and your dry goods also arrive in perfect condition.

Replacements and substitutes.
We make every effort to ensure all products are in stock. However, if an item you require is not available, you can request a similar substitute product. If a substitution is made, you will always be charged the lower of the two prices (excluding weighed items), but if it's not what you want, you can refuse it.
